48-Hour Lifeline Rescue

A medical technology company's core equipment malfunctioned at overseas customer site, urgently needing a special customized component. Customer faced hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses per day of downtime, while traditional air freight would take 5-7 days.

MST received the help request late at night, and the 24-hour emergency service team immediately activated.
